Prior to forming Osmond Tricks (whilst at GVA) we were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Rep for the prestigious James Street West 169 student accommodation complex by James House Limited (JV company) from planning through to completion. Tim was instrumental in negotiating the procurement and delivering the project in time for the new September intake, and finally assisting in the forward sale to investors, Empiric Student Property Plc

The £10m project involved the demolition of old office units prior to the construction of 169 student units, a mix between 28 town house apartments and premium en-suite studios, finished to a very high quality in natural Bath stone, copper and zinc cladding.
