Osmond Tricks have been working on a number of schemes with client Country Court Care who are expanding their current portfolio across the country. This new build scheme in the midlands incorporates 63 bedrooms and first class facilities for residents across the care spectrum.

The 3200sqm home will redevelop an existing brownfield site near the centre of Halesowen to serve the local community across the care pathway from residential care, to nursing care and nursing dementia with a range of facilities and activities to support and engage the residents. The scheme has been submitted for planning and will be progressed towards the end of 2020.
